What does the programme include?
A specific core programme
A sample plan for your week
3 x Workouts all with:
-A Warm Up
-Cardio Section
-Weighted Section
-Sweat Session
-Cool Down
-Stretch it Out
You can do as much or as little of the workout as you like, depending on time, rest periods used or favourite elements
I am super passionate to get you all feeling good but my number 1 is SAFETY and building exercise back into your life slowly and correctly with a qualified Coach
